Has anyone out there tried the new Dano"Rocky Road"Rotating Speaker pedal"on steel yet??I tried it out on my Strat at a Blues gig the other night,It sounded just as good as my Korg G4 pedal,and that cost about $350.00 the Dano cost me $55.00 |

Really? Is that one of those mini pedals?
I think I tried all the models of that first batch that was released. They left a lot to be desired. They all seem to have one setting that sounds, well, ok, and any changes I tried to dial in just deteriorated the quality further.
I'm from the school of "don't knock it 'til you try it" so I'll have to check one of these out. What's that model called? I gotta admit, they are certainly having fun with naming these pedals. |

About the mid 70s, I bought a Maestro deluxe phase shifter that was years ahead of it's time. It has the Leslie sound including the slowing effect all electronically. I hadn't used it in years and pulled it out the other night and it really is something, but my new Session 2000 has the rotary effect also built in and so it goes back to gathering dust, Gary |
