Mike
Why don't Peavey incorporate an auxiliary 9VDC supply on the rear of thier amps, for use with effect pedals etc. I have had several Peavey amps and done this myself without any ill effect or damage to the amp itself. It just seems to make sense to me. My son has just bought a Peavey Renown 400, (well I think he stole it really, he got it for £100,) and he uses a ZOOM 9030 with it, he lost his P.S.U. so I rigged up an AUX. supply on the amp for him, it is such a simple thing, and in my opinion a worthwhile addition.
Cheers for now
Dave.

Hello Dave,
Thanks for your suggestion. We have such a design, but there is not a valid solution to prevent ground loops.
