The preferred hookup is from the Profex II left and right channels out to the Power Amp in on the back of the amps. The Profex II is a preamp/EQ/effects processor and you don't need the preamp and eq in the amps. There are people that run them into the front panel amp in and others that run it in the effects loop.

Dennis, did you send me an e-mail message a week or so ago as it had the same wording and I didn't know what you needed. The message was routed from our Parts Department, so you may have not received my reply. I apologize.

There are other ways to try a hookup with these components, but Jack suggested the most common. If you need more than one hookup, my e-mail address is "mikebrown@peavey.com" or you can call me inside the U.S. at our toll free number which is, 1-877-732-8391. I'll be glad to assist you.

I run mine like Jack stated in the latter part of his last line on his post,
I use this to be able to tweek the presets if needed, depending on where you are and the size of the suroundings.
Keeps you from having to change the presets and then have to go back and reset them.

I use the hookup method Jack describes. With this method, the knobs on the 2 Nashville 400 mean nothing. The ProFex II controlls everything.
