I got to see Jr. Brown a couple of weeks ago in Houston in a small club called the Mucky Duck. Wow, what a talent! I was surprised how much steel he plays in his show. He even did a couple of Hawaiian tunes. He does little talking between numbers; just keeps them coming. Also, I was watching him use the flat pick with two finger picks on his middle and ring finger and then I tried it! My fingers with not move in the opposing direction required to pick this way. What a unique talent.

I think it looks cool. You could get a mike off of an old CB, hook it up, and fake it like you were changing patches by talking to it. "Computer! A little more reverb!"
