Is there a website out there where you can look up pop/rock and country recordings by radio play popularity and year and preferably geographic region?

For example, is there a website where you can type in the year (and preferably month) and preferably a geographic region and it will spit out a bunch of recordings by artist and title that were played on the radio?

I would like to be able to research what recordings were getting airplay at specific times and preferably in specific markets. Maybe there is a Billboard website that has this feature -- if so I haven't found it.

Thanks in advance for any info.
