I didn't realize the Pluckers had such a distinguished family history!

The Duck Pluckers have inspired millions of youngsters to take up the guitar.

I'll bet those Duck Pluckers would be big hits in some of the places I've played, cause they sure look like a lot of the audience members. When those guys request a song you do it whether you know it or not! Scary!

How 'bout them Duck Pluckers, pluckin' they guitars;
Thinkin' they looks gonna make them stars.
Got a Telecaster made by Sears;
Tourin' the country, flappin' they ears.

How to be a Duck Plucker,
Don't need a bucket,
Find yourself a duck,
Haul off and ____ __.

The Pluckers are pickers, but they're also talented in other ways.
They do their own auto repairs. Comes in handy on the road.

The Duck Pluckers were in Hawaii recently for a bunch of gigs...

...some of the local musicians down there wanted to meet them...

...but the Duck Pluckers feel threatened by women who can play their instruments better than they do...

...and they thought the oversized swimming pool was unsafe...

...and so after being down there for merely one day, they cancelled all their gigs and flew back home.

Having learned their lesson about rentals, they bought tickets...

Fortunately, they loaded their equipment on another airplane...

The boys were upset by what they had seen on the runway, and clamored to get off the plane, until a quick-thinking stewardess told them that the plane in the grass was just tired and was taking a little nap. Reassured, they continued their flight home...
