Steel Guitar Must Sees

Post by Jeff Lucas »

I ran across this site today and was pleasantly surprised. Some humdinger steels and a couple very rare ones. From a Frying Pan to an Electar with the horseshoe P.U. to Gibson's first, the metal body EH150... all FOR SALE. Lots of great pictures. Thought I'd pass it on:

Very cool, though a bit pricy... I also noticed under the "Ephemera" tab in their collectibles section a nice looking Bigsby catalog for $60.00.

Has anyone out there had a chance to play one of those metal Gibson EH-150s? I wonder how they sound...?

I tried to buy the Frypan, but they didn't have the decency to either email or call me back. I did notice later that they changed its status to SOLD.
