does anybody make ajustable ear plugs for playing in bands? A ear plug that I could ajust the level of music going into my ear.I've been playing in bands for about 45 years. It has taken a toll on my hearing. I'm going to try wearing both hearing aids and turn them down or off while we're playing.I've noticed singers on T.V.wearing what I think is a monitor ear plug. THANK YOU BOB

Look in your Yellow Pages for Audiologists or hearing aids. Call a few and ask about "ear molds". They cost about $150 and come with filters that you can change in a second. For example you can choose 10, 15, 25, 35 dB sound level reduction.
