Click on this link and read his "personal message"

Isn't this the guy that says "I don't need no stinkin' steel guitar in my band"

I hope a steel player is the daddy!

Maybe he'll do a version of "Who's Your Daddy" at his shows?

Ya know, everytime I want to "keep something private", I make sure I post in on my website as well.

I got an e-mail with a link to that site.

I wonder if that is his "real" web site? Som much fake stuff going around, when you see something you wonder about it.

Is that for real? I have a hard time believing anybody would really be that much of a pinhead to post something like that.

Ummmm....I don't want to come off sounding like a typical "woman"...but guys...if this is for real, we don't know under what circumstances this happened. Meaning, it's not always a womans fault that a baby she has is not fathered by a man of her choice. No, I'm not ranting at you, but sometimes folks jump to an automatic conclusion over something that is beyond someone else's control. We don't know the facts.

And we don't know why he did this press release. He must've thought he needed to, for some reason not clear to us. Again, I don't mean to preach....but we just don't know.

Man, I hate it when I sound like a typical woman. I've always prided myself on NOT being either typical OR predictable (sigh).

Chris Bauer mentioned this quote from the website;

"For all that are involved, please allow this situation to remain private and know that I will not be commenting further on this very personal matter."

Whoops...not private anymore. Just another reminder that the music industry is every bit as good as any Soap drama.

Joy.....I think what us guys are laughing at is his asking everyone to keep this quiet, while announcing it to the world on his we page.

I couldn't care less who the daddy is, or how she got pregnant, or why, or where.

Excluding rape, explain that statement. Myth busters have proven the toilet seat and the swimming pool excuses as bogus and alien telepathy impregnation has not been approved yet by Masters and Johnson.

This ranks right up there at the top in tha" things I could'nt possibly care less about" category. I'm quite sure though that I'm not the father.

Ok Ok,I was playing steel at a club, she was in the crowd and after a few drinks and one more round of steel guitar rag...well, you all know what a babe magnet steel guitars are.

Out of respect for those involved, I would like to keep this very personal matter quite and won't comment on it further.

Looks to me like he wanted to get even with his wife, or girlfriend or whatever she is, hurt and publicly embarrass her.

Not in this case I don't. I think some friend of hers or his got to poking fun at her and she took him seriously.

I will chime in with my two cents also...and say that I agree with Mark M and Brett A. Having heard this guy in concert once (that was enough for me), this is one of those issues I couldn't care less about. As far as remaining private, he brought it to our attention.
