Just got George's new CD and Paul does some great steel on the CD,,and Pig was also great, and George wasn't too shabby either.

Pig & Paul play so well together, especially on "Funny How Time Slips Away"! It's chilling!

I recommend this CD for all you George fans and lovers of great musicianship!

I think that this is one of the best I've heard in a long time. The music is similar to the original, IMO, and these super guys put their touch on 'em. Paul, IMO, just has that amazing artistry that continues to amaze me. I sure wish he would do an instrumental CD of some of the country classics. I'd have 'em put it in my coffin with my CD player (long lasting batteries of course).

George who?
And what is the name of it?

If it is George Strait, I searched his site and Tower Records and did not see it.

Never mind........
It's George Jones.
I tried his site and there it was.

IMO, this CD is a great candidate for an award. I love the mix on all these songs.
