Johnny Gimble Concert Review

I caught Mr. Gimble this weekend in Eugene, OR. The venue was fairly small and intimate, although it was packed. Mr. Gimble was a fantastic performer and entertainer. He had his son Dick on guitar and two young brothers on second fiddle/tenor guitar and upright bass. I think they were the Boer brothers, not sure of the spelling. I missed the steel but there were a lot of Western Swing standards and it was a treat to have this legend play in our neck of the woods.
