Paul Franklin on Opry this weekend

Post by Darrell P Franklin »

Just had lunch with Dad. He told me that he will be on the opry playing with Steve Wariner Friday night and on TV Saturday. The band is: Brent Mason, Glenn Worf, Matt Rollings, Aubrey on fiddle, and Dad.

Just passing it on.

Raise your hand if you wanted to hear seventeen more numbers from Paul and friends.
Man, what a tantalizing but tiny dose of artistry.
Now put down your hand. Can't nobody see you, silly!

Tantalizing bits is right, Jon. Paul is such a master of those high harmonics! What great tone and taste on "two teardrops"!

The show ended abruptly in the middle of a Paul Franklin steel solo. There ought to be a law! At least wait until the singer starts again...
