One owner Sho-Bud Pro-II Custom for sale.
D-10 E9th/C6th, 8 pedals, 2 knees.

Guitar is in excellent condition, the case is a little rough. I bought it brand new in 1980. It is too confusing to switch between this and a uni, so someone needs to play this one.
It is 100% original. Triple raise, double lower changer.

$1700 plus shipping

what is the pedal setup,emmons or day?thanks Ray White.

The setup is Emmons. The only thing I changed was the LKL to raise the E's to F. It originally lowered the 2nd string to D.

I hesitate selling it, but I don't want to see it sit idle either. I'm having too much fun trying to learn the uni that it feels left out.

Marlan I have one just like it except the fretboard . I can't believe you are selling this guitar for so little money !!! It's the same color as mine also . I bought mine new in 1977 and i no doubt will have it for the rest of my playing life . I havn't played any guitar that has the great feel as my Pro-ll Custom bar none ! I just payed $1800.00 for my used L.D.G.

Get ready to start paying huge bucks for Sho~Buds. They're going up overnight. A mint Pro 1 3+4 is often in the 1,800 range privately (with dealers trying to get upwards of $2,200-$2,400!!), and the LDG's are going for $2,500-$2,800 at some retailers and even the private sellers are looking for those amounts at times.

I'm in the midst of buying a beautiful all-original '76 Pro 1, and by the time I'm finished adding a lever or two and some minor things, I'll be $2,000 + into it. Fine with me. I don't think that's unreasonable for a Pro 1 in excellent condition....nothing compared to what it will be worth in 20 years when it's one of only a handful that's still in great shape and mechanically sound.[This message was edited by Chris LeDrew on 26 September 2006 at 04:55 PM.]
