Bluesouth guitars

Post by Donald Dunlavey »

Mike really gave most of the facts about these guitars, I might also add they built on for an old Bluesplayer from Macon. His name was Johnny Jenkins, who just passed away about 2 weeks ago. It was indeed the Macon model. Some of these guitars from my experience, had what we call some Mojo.

I have a Johnie Jenkins LP somewhere. Awsome talent. Capricorn records, same as Allman Bros. "Walk on Guilded Splinters" was a great track.
I guess that must make the guitars pretty cool to.
