For sale: Sierra 12 string Universal E9/B6 with 8 & 5. I bought this steel new in (early 80’s) from Blackie Taylor. I played it for a living till ‘90 and less frequently since then. I got a special deal on a new Fessenden 2 years ago and have no need for 2 pedal steels. This steel has never needed any mechanical adjustment, stays in tune, and plays as well as the day I bought it. It has numerous scuffs, minor finish scratches, and couple of the foot pedals have been worn a bit smooth from use, etc.. The case is in rough shape but quite functional. However, this steel is built like a tank, plays well, and as I stated, is completely mechanically sound. If you want a lot of steel for a comparitively modest price, this is the one for you at $1400 + shipping. Let me know if you have any questions.
