Fulawka "The Blue Darlin" D10
Fulawka "The Blue Darlin" D10
I have Ricky Davis's "Blue Darlin" for sale here in upstate New York,Rochester, where I am now living. ED Fulawka Signed this one, it is gorgeous maple Laquer. See Ricky's site at Mighty Fine Music or below for pics. It is the Stradovarious of pedal steels... has pole pickups and sounds like an old Sho-Bud in timbre. This is a handmade showstopper with 8 pedals and 9 levers, 2 crossover linkages. D10 Emmons set up with plenty great changes, has a D on the C6 neck, but you can change. I paid $4,500 for guitar a year ago, comes with spare handwound pickups, parts, Fulawka vol. pedal & bracket, and cutom blue Preston cover with "Blue Darlin" in fancy white script. you pay shipping or pick up here in Rochester. Mint condition no scratches whatsoever.585-529-9346

Doug and Ricky; You both must be at a "crossroads" in life. Your natural talent and tenacity got you this far..don't be discouraged. Steady on the walk of life. 'This too will pass...'
My view is, if Sho-Bud were still making guitars, they would've evolved into this sort of visual/technical wizardry. Don't let these guys down, claim it for your own!

It always does my heart good to see this steel from time to time.....It's got to be the most GORGEOUS pedal steel that I have ever seen ..... Whoever ends up with this steel will surely be a happy camper !!...It makes me wish I played a D-10 .... I had a Plum colored Fulawka, and it was also a great looking steel.....I couldn't get use to a D-10 .....Oh well....It's still great to look at and smile !!.......Sincerely, Jim
