Emmons going out of business sale

I'm tired of playing steel and have decided to liquidate my stock. I have for sale:

1969 Emmons rosewood 8&4, $2800

1990s Emmons LeGrande II, cranberry, 8&4 $2700

I'm not trying to be a smarty but how could you get tired of playing PSG after all the time it takes to learn especially after all those cats you have called, all the glass you broke and having your wife threaten you with deviorce. Just kidding hope you goood Luck.

Hey Chad...What happened?Don't quit now it has just started to get fun...I know I have threatened to put mine oout on the side of the road more than once but then I dream of growing up and playing like Buddy Emmons and that dream keeps me going....

Emmons is not going out of business. Who told you that? I've talked to Ron Lashley all week long. In fact I ordered a reissued push pull last week.

Man don't give it up,put it away for 6 to 12 months and do something else for awhile ,you will miss it and come back with a fresh mind and an eager desire to play again.i know i did that and didn't have to buy everythig all over again.Good luck once a musician,always a musician.

I have played both of these guitars and they sound great. The push-pull I believe was once owned by Harold Fogle.

Since I know Chad I would say it's because he still has a guitar that is not an Emmons. And because he figures that we are all sensible enough to know it is not the company. Also it caught your eye didn't it? Salesmanship maybe?

I am sorry to hear that one can no that they are tired of playing, usually one is tired of what there playing or the piolitics of of all the music biz. Hang in there and don't give up. Music is in your blood if you statred steel in the first place
