1976 Sierra SDO-10
1976 Sierra SDO-10, SN 00-139-6 (Harlow Manufacturing), double neck E9, C6 pedal steel guitar in very good condition. 8 pedals, 3 knees; 2 leg release buttons missing. The case in poor condition (functional but water damage, rust on exterior hardware, scuffs, scrapes, split leather edging). Asking $1,200 + shipping. More pics via e-mail.

I'm not sure what the "changer endplate/top side of changers" is. But I have more pics and a digital camera so if you help me out I'll get you the pic you're looking for.
"SDO" is the Sierra model number. It is a D-10. I don't know what the SDO stands for. I got the year and model number from my last contact with anyone officially connected with Sierra: Don Christensen, sierrasteelguitars@imagina.com
