Emmons sd-10 p/p

A friend of mine who's eighty-five and in a retirement community here in eastern PA has a black mica Emmons P/P SD-10 he would like to sell. The serial number is 249GD. It's 3 x 4 with Emmons set-up. LKL=E-Eb LKR=E-F RKL=D#-C# RKR=G#-G(I'm not 100% sure of that one.)It looks to be in good shape cosmetically and mechanically. It's grossly out of tune from sitting around and I didn't have the time to go through a retuning. I have no idea what it's worth. If you're interested, send me an email.
