Try downloading "Blues to Use" from Buddy Emmons website. They have the tab and MP3. Lot's of cool runs and licks.

Not real familar with the term pentatonic so I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for. This is a phrase you could use going of the 1 to the 4 in the key of C. The 1st ten notes are 8th notes, the last 3 are quarter notes. In my opinion, this phrase has a little bit of an outside sound.

1-------------------------------------------
2-------------------------------------------
3-------------------------------------------
4------------------------8------------------
5----------7------7---8-----9---------------
6-------7-----7~8--------------9---8---6---5
7----7--------------------------------------
8--7----------------------------------------
9-------------------------------------------
10------------------------------------------

Hope this helps.

Thanks, guys.

Pentatonic meaning bluesy, not major sounding stuff, but not too "minor" sounding.
