Stacy Phillips has it in his book. Herb Remington has it in his Fun-Tab series. Mike Ihde has it for the Leavitt tuning.

I e-mailed you Song Of The Islands in Key of F for six string E tuning. I printed it out on my end and it came out OK. I hope it works for you.
