This may not help much and I could be wrong,but I think maybe Floyd Tillman sang that song.Not sure.Great song though.Sorry Im not much help. |

Larry is correct. Floyd had a bunch of great songs including this one. More recently, Tom Morrell and the Time Warp Top Hands, with the fabulous Leon Rausch on vocals, put this song out on the "Smoke a Little of This" CD. Part of "How the West was Swung" series [vol.6].

FWIW, I think this tune appears on one of the latest Mark Chestnut CD's. Not sure, MC's tune could also be "I want my baby back". Will look tonite to confirm. [This message was edited by Ray Minich on 16 June 2004 at 04:32 PM.] |
