a couple of corrections just made to my original post:
1) I missed out the V lever from the copedant description
2) changed the '5E' on string 4 to a '4'

I just revamped this to make it easier to play. I have tabbed two versions : one which uses the F#-> G lever, and one which doesnt.

I must admit, I find it easier to play on the Lapsteel, but I learned a lot going through the exercise of transcription
