Hi Friends,
I wonder if anyone of You could help me with the intro of this song, performed by John Prine and Trisha Yearwood.
I understand it starts of with the sixthes on strings 3 and 5 at frets 10 to 12, then commences with strings 4 and 6, but then I'm lost.
If anyone has tabbed this one out - please give me a hint.
by the way - who played the steel on that song?

I may be old, fat and ugly
but I'm keepin' it country
what's wrong with the way
that we're doin' it now

If I'm not mistaken, Al Perkins played on a few tunes as well, and I think this was one of them. . .Depending on where you have the B-Bb change you could also stay on the 10th fret for that lick, dropping the 5th string with your KL then as you raise it back up lower the 10th for the resolution.
ps, you'll hear the same lick quite a bit slower in the intro to "I know one" two tracks later on the album.
