I get the E9 stuff and Im good all the way up to the 8th string Then I have To improvise or leave out some good low end sounds.... Ok , I Know I need to buy a D10 thats what some of you will say BUT, Im a Six String Player as well and I like The S12U Idea Better than the D10... You Know,,,, Less strings to Buy , Less to have to learn ect...

I've played E9/B6 for 25 years or so and have always taken advantage of all the C6 and E9 courses and tab that's so readily available. If you read C6 tab from the bottom up, it's the same (1/2 step lower) until you get to the 4th string -- equivalent to the 2nd string on C6. Also, many E9 licks can be played in a lower octave if that's what you're after. That's not too tough to figure out.
My advice would be to learn to mentally translate the 10 string stuff rather than hope that someone will publish a bunch of universal tab. Not likely to happen.
When I publish tab on this forum (not very often) I usually translate it into E9 or C6 to reach the 10-string players as well. Most of the stuff I play translates readily and most universal players I know don't have much trouble learning for tab intended for the 10-string tunings. Think about the similarities instead of the differences.
