I think Billy Robinson could play it on any fret.

If you have F#-G# on 1st string and no lower of the 6string on that lever
<font face="monospace" size="2"><pre>
F# 11++ (G )
Eb 11 (D )
G#
E
B
G# 11+ (G#)
F#
E 11+ (E )
D
B
</pre></font>

Or with a bar slant (root missing)
<font face="monospace" size="2"><pre>
F#
Eb
G#
E 3 (G )
B 3 (D )
G#
F# 2 (G#)
E
D
B
</pre></font>

Use tip of bar to play strings 4 & 5
You can use the lower/raise on the 4th string to go from E9 to E7#9 to E7.
Or if you keep the 4th string lowered you can use the C-pedal to go from E9 to E.(All-pull guitar)
