1-------------------------------------- This song is one of my favorites. Jimmy Day
2-------------------------------------- played it on one of his great albums called
3-------------------------------------- "Swing and Blues Southern Style". The song is
4-------------------------------------- titled "Please Don't Leave Me Anymore". The
5-----6##~~6~~~~4-----1~~~1##---------- tab may be difficult to pick up without first
6-----6#~~~6#~~~4-----1#~~1#----------- hearing the album. I spent some time and
7-------------------------------------- figured out the arrangement when the album
8-----6b~~~6b~~~4b----1~~~1------------ first came out. It's all E9th! I have a Band
9-------------------------------------- -n-box track if you want it. just e-mail me
1O-------------------------------------- and I'll send it as an e-mail attachment.

help you immensely.

Assumng that the text is Dave's and not yours, b0b, the BIAB offer is inaccessible without his email--can you provide it? I don't know the song and I sure would like the accompaniment to get an idea of the feel.

Tried printing this off but only got half the song. Can anybody downsize this or tell me how to get the whole thing to print out?

Hey Chad if your using internet explorer; than go to "view" on the top tool bar and then go to "text size" or "font size" and choose a smaller font so that the tab and whatnot fit in your screen better; than print it. If that don't work than I'll try going in and moving the text to another place and try shreakin' the tab some but if the person writes the tab on a notepad and goes alittle far before going to next section below; than that makes it much more difficult to mess with; just short of rewriting it myself.
FYI to the folks; I usually try not not go more that a couple of measures of tab before I go underneath to the next section; it make it easier for folks to print out without much hassel.

I'll figure this tab stuff out sooner or later...I couldn't get my tab to post so I asked Bob if he'd help me out, Thanks Bob...appreciate it!

I sent you the BB track Jon. Chad, I sent you the original tab I did on notepad so you could work with it on your own system. Thanks Rick, will do on next tab.

If anybody has any questions, feel free to e-mail, Stew.

Got it and it works. I don't have "Willie" style so I'll have to wing it with whatever I have. Thanks a bunch Dave.

Try printing it in landscape instead of portrait mode .

Hi b0b, if you haven't got it or heard it. Get the Ray Price tribute to Bob Wills titled "San Antonio Rose". All the songs on this album were cut using the E9th and Jimmy day is the best at "Swinging the E9th". Better than anybody else I know of. He even does the harmonic whistle that was used by the Big E on Houston. BTW, this was Jimmy's last album with Ray before "E" started doing his sessions. E's 1st album for Ray was "Night Life".

Dave, you might want to use shorter lines next time. It will work better on the Forum with shorter lines.
