this guitar is on ebay right now
w: a 4000 $ reserve http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2504851573&category=33040
the seller says there were only 9 of these made ?
is this for real ?
what do guys think of the EH150 as an axe ?
i'm a gibson freak myself and i seem to have a penchant for the wood model. i've got a lil ol BR6 that does me well. Is that Charlie Christian PU really better than a¨P90 ?
Like is it good for Blues ? (that's a question i'm sure i don't need to ask !)

That particular model is called the E-150 in Gruhn's Guide to Vintage Guitars (the second edition). Since 1994 I've been exposed to about four of these models through others' emails and pictures. I have no reason to doubt the assertion that only 98 were made, although it seems unusual that this particular guitar would have a serial number of 170.
It's the best example of this model I've seen so far. I wouldn't personally pay that much for this guitar, but I'm a cheapskate.

A close friend of mine has one up for sale on the BSS web site for £1500 (pounds Stirling), about $2250.
It's condition is equally as good as the one on e-bay.
