Rob Ickes is playing Dobro on the Grand Ole Opry tonight with the Nitty Gritty dirt Band.
Possible guest is Earl Scruggs.
Almost makes me want a Television....nah.

Just saw it - he really cut loose on a "Will the Circle Be Unbroken" tribute to Oz. What kind of guitar was he playing?

Last time I saw Rob Ickes, he was playing a Scheerhorn. Don't know if that is still the case.

Sounded great! AND....the camera work was exceptionally fine showing a lot of picking fingers and bar work. What an improvement!!
