Log into outlook and MS popup hijacks screen with no way to close.

Without knowing computer or operating system (Win 10?) I can only generalize to say that 98% of the "MS" popups that I see commandeering a computer are fake malware.

I'd run a manual scan and see what it detects. What anti-malware software? Malwarebytes ?

Try a different browser from the one you normally use. For example I generally use Firefox but will try accessing a website using Chrome if it looks like Firefox is having an issue with the website.

That’s why I switched to IOS in 2000 and have never looked back. Wouldnt own another Gates product ever again.
