I just recently bought a new steel from Kevin Hatton and it was a great experience all around.

Two days after sending payment, the steel arrived at my front porch after being shipped halfway across the country. It was in immaculate, ready-to-play condition.
To top it off, he sent it along in brand new, professionally crafted and durable Hatton split cases; I'm more worried about scuffing up the cases than damaging the steel when taking it to gigs lol.
