Playing with Redd Volkaert at the MN State Fair

Post by Ernie Renn »

Hey, kids;

I had the distinct pleasure to perform with one of my 6-string heroes, Redd Volkaert and Sirius Radio guy, Dallas Wayne at the Minnesota State Fair August 28th & 29th. It was a blast!

I finally uploaded 11 video clips of the first day. Let me know what you think and which ones you like the best...

Great playing Ernie. It's like you have been in that band for years. The steel just fits so well with Redd who (just never seems to run out of ideas on the guitar). Tight rock solid band....Love it

First time hearing you play Earnie.. sounds great! What an inspiration Redd is and Wayne ain’t too shabby either! Great to hear and see this style of playing being featured somewhere, thanks for sharing!
I thought Nashville was the roughest, but I know I’ve said the same about them all.
I received my education, drivin through the Nation listenin to Paul!.. ( Franklin that is! )

Can't go wrong here. They are all great. Redd is a treat and Dallas does a fine job. Ernie is no slouch and really shines with this group.

I just added 19 clips from day two. I marked them Day One and Day Two. (Click the above link...)

We had so much fun! I hope we can hook up again sometime!

Once again, let me know which ones you liked!

Stay well, y'all...
