I commissioned this bass from Andrew Drake and received it in 2015. The semi-hollow body is made of sapele with a maple cap. It has a gloss lacquer finish. The neck is quarter sawn hard maple with a macassar ebony fretboard. 12" radius, 1.5" nut, 31" scale, chunky profile, and satin finish. The pickups are TV Jones Thunder'Blades, and the the controls are wired in a VVT configuration. The bridge is a Hipshot D with .750" spacing.
The bass has been played but carefully handled; there is only the lightest wear, with no significant damage or repairs. It comes with the original custom Ameritage case.
