ShoBud 6139 upgrade options
Hello all,
I'm new to the forum, from Sydney, Australia.
I have a ShoBud 6139 from December 1975. It has, I believe, the "Super Pro Undercarriage", i.e. NOT racks, and with nylon tuners. Three pedals, but only one knee lever. I would like to add more (probably 3) knee levers.
Some posts here suggest it is a possible DIY job, if parts can be found.
I am not aware of any PSG mechanics here in Sydney. Does anyone know of any in Australia?
I welcome any suggestions on how best to proceed.
Thanks,
John

John, go the top of the page and click on “Members”, and then type in “Australia” where it says “Country”. The forum shows LOTS of members in New South Wales, and I’m sure that one of them that may be nearby can help you. Adding the right parts is easy, and even adding generic parts (that will get the job done) ain’t too hard.

Anyone know if he's still in business?
If it's just 2000 miles of desert grab a thermos of ice water and drop in on Lucky to surprise him!
My wife and I are planning a trip down under early next year to visit my cousin in Sydney and her niece in Melborne. Will be our first time there.``
We'll fly in from Saigon.
