Heart of the night

Post by David Wisson »

Hi All here's a POCO song that Mike & I did. I used a sitar bar (well a snap on Allen wrench holder) for one little phrase 1.59. Remember being quite chuffed at the time with the result. Dave :D https://soundcloud.com/user-627782904/h ... -the-night

Wow David, that was really close to original. Nice job on vocals too.

Hi Larry Thank you. I used to go round mikes house on a Thursday nights and record what took our fancy. We would take it in turns to learn and play the Bass lines. Mike did all of the keyboards guitars & singing. I did do backing vocals on some of the songs but not this one. the steel part was on my Emmons Loafer in to a silver face Twin reverb. I remember lending the Poco album to the lady that served petrol at the garage I worked at. she brought it back the next day on the dash of her car with the heater on and warped it. :( Dave
