Hi Roger that was kind of you. I have been trying to learn C6th after all these years. I made a second neck for my Emmons loafer years ago but never really gave it a chance. Then took it off. After I built the Uni I still favoured the E9th because it felt safe. I do love the big fat chords and I like cool jazz. So I am trying to branch out. There are quite a lot of the songs I have recorded that I intend to re visit in the future when I retire (only 2 more years) I tend to get bored towards the ends of some song and rush to finish them. I record from my guitar which has George Ls pick up into my Emmons volume pedal which I have made a circuit based on the light speed attenuator. the dual volume pot raises and lowers a 5v supply that operates two leds that shine on two photo resistors. So no moving parts in the audio line then into a Focusrita Scarlett then in to Reaper Daw Then a Sanford reverb FX which is free from Looperman website. You just have to register to download. I might have used the Focusrite red compressor that comes with the Scarlett. no delay. Dave

That was really nice David. I too only gave C6th little more than a passing glance from the 70's till a couple years ago, and now in retirement for a couple years have been almost entirely on C6th.
BTW, not only do you play great, but your recording quality is as well.

Hi Dale Thank you. Technology has advance a lot. I used to record at my mates house on a Teac 8 track reel to reel. I am blown away with Reaper it seems to be limitless. Haven't played for a while. Nearly finished the front room. having a Tripple glazed window fitted tomorrow. New carpet Friday and New couch & TV Saturday. Dave

Sounds great, David. By the way, you can shorten that link to this:

Everything from the "?" on, in your original link, is unnecessary to get to the file.
