What brand volume pedal is this?

I think I’ve seen, if not owned, most brands of volume pedals but I’ve never seen one like this. I got it yesterday at a guitar show. With the 3 jacks on the right it’s obviously a pedal steel vol pedal but I don’t recognize the “M” logo. I know someone on the forum here must know! What brand is it ?

Cool find! High-profile case, like an old Sho~Bud or Bigsby, but with a mechanism like a Fender pedal (long, front to rear, spring-loaded string).
