I have owned 2 Dekleys, and believe me, they sound fantastic.. Its a very "woody" and organic tone, yet the guitars are not made of "real" wood.. They remain one of the few great values in a used pedal guitar, as they still sell at a reasonably 'sane" price point, probably due to lack of brand hype.
Undercarriage design and build quality as good as anything of the era, and better than most. Similar to MSA , but if I remember right, there may have been a keyway machined into the round shafts so they could not slip like was possible on MSA -[rare].. I might be wrong on that, but I do remember something a bit different from the MSA, yet very similar..
In any case, the one featured in this thread sounded sweet and also sounded very well played.... bob

Is that a Georgie L E66 pickup? I learned on one of the first D 10’s that came out and I had E66’s which sounded great thru my LTD! Nice job on the restoration!
