Hey gang!
It's nearly time for our next meetup at the Cat and Fiddle in Hollywood.
How's April 30 at noon work for everyone?
Feel free to post RSVP here so I can reserve a table

Hey, just a reminder, we are having our quarterly Los Angeles area steel guitar meetup at the usual place/time, this Sunday 4/30 at the Cat and Fiddle on Highland Ave. -- good food, good conversation. We got pros, intermediates and beginners, everybody welcome.
Stephan Franck, author/illustrator of the Palomino graphic novels, is planning to be there (thanks Rick Scott for contacting him). It's great timing since two more volumes of Palomino are due out shortly.
PS: Link to Stephan's Kickstarter page (with a video teaser!): https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/da ... es-2-and-3

Good luck and have fun. I'm sure Mike Perlowin will be there in spirit, he organized the LA jams for many years. Guys like Jay Dee Maness, Chas Smith, Rick Schmidt, Big Jim Baron would almost always attend. True fun and camaraderie!
