Dekley slimline D-10 8X6. Black mica/pakkawood. Emmons set up Es on left. Very good ++ condition. All pull. Gone through, cleaned up, fully serviced and set up. Sounds great. A tone monster with excellent tuning stability, tone and play-ability.
KC's custom HSC in very good cond.

I cleaned up the guitar, and did some polishing. It came out well. I put on fresh premium strings, and did a full tech service. Its in great shape, plays like butter and has huge and balanced tone with sweet highs, rich complex mids, and a particularly nice bottom end. Its good to go.

A Connecticut made guitar selling from same...I had one of those in 1977, yours IS a pretty one, and price is right. I already have way too many in my herd. Those are dependable like MSA from same period.

I have the S-10 version of this black Slimline, and it is a joy to play. Somebody's gonna love this guitar. I got new alloy legs and they bring it down to pretty much the same weight as my Encore, for those who wonder about how heavy these are.

John...you mention it's heavy. Any idea of the actual weight, in case and/or out? Thanks!

weight

Post by john widgren »

The weight of the guitar only on my scale is 51 lbs
the weight of the quality KCs case is 24lbs.
total weight of the guitar in the case is: 75 lbs
Note: a set of aluminum legs would knock the weight down by 12-ish lbs

I removed the aftermarket C6 CVL, to reduce underside clutter, and some unnecessary and non original weight. I added splits on the E9.(more bang for the buck)

These are great guitars, I had one like this for years and it was a great guitar! A little heavy but built like a train! Great deal!
