New Volume Pedal Pot

Post by Dick Sexton »

I wasn't sure where to put this so...

I had a scratchy pot in my backup pedal and contacted Tom Bradshaw for a replacement for the PEC that was in it. I read on his web site that he had seen some degradation in pots produced in recent years and had found a good replacement for what was now out there. I emailed Mr. Bradshaw and asked if he would send me one of the pedal pots. I had done business with him before, but it had literally been years. The pots were back ordered, but he said he would send one as soon as he received them. In less than a week I received the pot. I had not sent him any money and he had not asked me for my credit card. He, because I had done business with him once before, years before, trusted me to pay for the pot. Of course, even though there was no bill in the package, I checked the price and immediately sent him the cost of the pot. The new pot worked perfectly as advertised and I could not be more pleased with his service. My hats off to a friend and great trusting businessman.

Thank you, Tom. Great experiance!

Tom has been such an amazing asset to the steel guitar community for decades. He has always come up with things for steel players to make their lives easier with such honesty and integrity.

My hat is off to you sir!
Thank you Tom!
