A google image search for "vintage chrome kitchen drawer pulls" gets you in the ball park. You might just be able to zero in on it. I am going to guess that the Jacksons used off the shelf hardware. Maybe a query in "Pedal Steel" could help you source the part (The Acme Drawer Pull Corporation, eg.). A quick look at the google results shows close-but-no-cigar stuff but I only spent a minute.
