Duesenberg Fairytale Bridge cover

I am a big fan of Luke Cyrus Goetze. I see in his videos that he has a cover over the bridge pickup that allows you to rest your hand on while picking.
Is that something you can buy, or dos it have to be made?

What you are looking at is a Lollar string-through pickup.
It requires very little modification to the guitar and the tone is amazing.
