Someone gave me a CD of Mel Tillis' Statesiders band playing instrumentals of Mel's songs. One song has great dobro. Could it be Paul Franklin on the CD?

Oops, sorry,,just found out it is a karaoke cd "in the style of" Mel and the statesiders,,,,some good picking though.
