Dear forum mates,

I am happy to announce that my first CD is available as a Download and the physical CD is ready to preorder.

I remastered and curated a selection of songs of my videos and added as bonus track an unreleased duet with the amazing Ken Emerson.

It is available as a Digital Download or as a Preorder for the physical CD(wich also includes the Digital Download). The CD should be pressed in the factory just in this moment and arrive at my place late December or early January. So if you order right now it should be in your hands in January/February the latest.

Pricing is $9.99 for the Download version and $16.99 for the CD(including the Download version and shipping).

Please note that we only ship to Europe and the US in the moment.

So, if you still searching for a Christmas present for yourself or your loved ones, or, if you just want to support me 😊

please visit my website:

Aloha and Happy Holidays

Sebastian

Thank you so much Mike, Glenn, Tony, Jim and Ryan, I wish you a Merry Christmas.

The Preorders and Download orders are exceeding my expectations quite a bit, thanks everybody for the generous support.

And Ryan, I have to emphasise your influence that this release is finally available. It was your continuous asking for that release that made me finally organising it. Mahalo !

Same goes for Christo Ruppenthal who encouraged me doing this CD and also offered me already quite some time ago that he would help me with distribution in the US. Thank you so much Christo, your impact as a fantastic player and president of the Hawaiian Steel Guitar association on the steel guitar scene is amazing.

I am so thankful to be connected with many, many steel players all over the world, I have good hope that the popularity of this instrument is actually growing, so many great players, I won't call out more names, you all know who you are 😁🤙!
And I have to praise the impact of this very forum again. It keeps being such an amazing place for knowledge transfer. And, I really have to say, this is the most friendly and welcoming forum I have experienced in my whole life, true Aloha spirit, no fights, just supporting each other and keep this amazing instrument alive and vital.
🌴
Aloha -Sebastian-

Sebastian, I am sitting on the fence, about to buy a few of your Tabs and backing tracks. Have you considered making a package deal that includes the CD with tabs and backing tracks?

Hi Walter, are you interested in the Download version or the physical CD ?
Unfortunately I am quite a bit limited when it comes to more flexible pricing and package deals, I can only use the options that my website provider offers. I will have a more detailed look and let you know. Aloha -sebastian-

Hey Sebastian,

I have really been enjoying the download of your CD. The whole album is great. I love that it kicks off with “By The Waters Of Minnetonka”. It is one of my favorite tunes. It never fails to put a smile on my face. And, your rendition is superb. Seeing that this was labeled as “Vol 1”, it is my sincere hope that we can look forward to an additional release (hopefully many releases) in the future.

Happy New Year!

Ryan

Aloha friends,
I am happy to post an update:

Finally, I received the CDs. Even better news is that they already arrived in the US and my friend Christo Ruppenthal will start sending them out mid of next week ! I will do the same for EU, Canada and Australia.
Yes, we ship to Canada and Australia as well since there were some requests and I figured out that the shipment to these countries is actually not too crazy expensive from Germany.
So, if you already ordered a copy, it should be at your place rather soon. If not, please go ahead and grab one as long as they are still hot 😁 !
Thank you so much for your support !

Aloha -Sebastian-

You can order the CD which include the download version or the
download version only here:

I have had the download of your CD on a daily rotation. And, I am very excited to get the physical copy! I live about an hour and a half from Christo. So, I am guessing I’ll get my copy sometime next week. Thanks for making physical copies available!

Congratulations.

I'll be ordering in March as a birthday present to myself. Hopefully Christo won't have run out by them.

Little update:

Les Cook from Grass Skirt Records is so kind to
do the send out for me for the UK. That avoids any custom issues, etc.
So if you are in the UK and want a CD just go ahead and order one, it should be at your place in a short time without any inconvenience.
Big shoutout to Les, it is amazing what he does for keeping early Hawaiian music alife !
