What has happened to David? Can we get an update on his health? It was always a pleasure to see him play. I stole many licks from him. His technique is very good. For those of you that have not seen him, look him up on YouTube.

He's a bit looking older, like every single one of us, yet plays as beautifully as he did the first time I ever clicked onto one of his YT videos... Great to see him playing so wonderfully, and I hope he is feeling well.
I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

Can't tell you how many wonderful videos of David I have watched for years. He was once the most prolific and active poster of pedal steel guitar on YouTube. Glad to see him back in action. As usual, great tone and incredible playing.

I thought David was a E to D# RKL player. I can see that he is mastering the E to D# LKR as well. What a great player !

I followed him on YouTube for years. Loved his playing!!! I went to Ireland in 2009 to do some work for a new Nashville recording artist. David was going to loan me a Steel amp over there If I needed it. I miss David and John Stonard. They both made some great videos.

David is doing well.

He married Fran recently and so now is a happy man.
David still gigs, but hasn't posted any Youtube videos recently.
I wish he would post some more.

To my ears, he's one of the best I've ever heard. Great tone, great touch, doesn't "over-play" the song, sticks to the melody, plays great new licks, the old classic licks,...I could listen to him every day.
