RIP- Dino Danelli

Post by Craig Stock »

Rest in Peace, Dino, drummer for the Young Rascals/Rascals.

My best friend once sent a rare concert poster for him to sign and he called him and they talked for a bit, he was a class act!

I cried because I had no shoes, then I met a man who had no feet.

Yeah, I just saw that. Sorry to hear.
I saw the Rascals twice in '67 - when they were still "Young", and just a few years ago when they did a reunion tour. They were awesome... back then & recently.
Dino was really something else...

Vaya con Dios, Dino...

It was sad to hear about Dino Danelli passing away. He was a great drummer. The Young Rascals were one of my favorite bands from that era. May he RIP.

For fans, the Gene Cornish book is a great read. Seldom is written a disparaging word about Dino.

RIP Mr. D.
