Doug Jernigan

Post by Tommy Boswell »

I recently "discovered" Doug Jernigan when I renewed my RFD-TV subscription and watched the Merlin Gene show for the first time. What a great band, and Doug is the icing on the cake!

I also signed up for Doug's Patreon site (at patreon.com). For me it's a great way to get out of the rut I tend to get into with my own playing, getting new ideas for both E9 and C6 that I could never come up with on my own.

Go to my YouTube site and you will find many live performances of Doug at various steel shows.

Doug is without a doubt a monster of the steel guitar.
And besides that, he is a great friend.
