Looking forward to reconnecting with a lot of my steel buddies next month in Connecticut.

If you're anywhere within the area, please come and join us. Like so many organizations, the PSGA has been through a rough patch these past few years and needs your support to get back on its feet. And for only $10 for the day, you'll definitely get your money's worth too!

Well that would be great, since it would mean you will have fully recovered from covid by then. Hopefully well before then! See ya there, Bill!

Great news! PSGA is a true pioneer organization that helped promote the pedal steel guitar and expose New England fans to some of the best players in the country.
Glad to hear it’s still going. Have many fond memories from the shows!

I won't forget going to the show during my first few months after coming to the USA.

I lived in NYC then and saw how close it was. Am I glad I made the effort! Newly arrived in the land of steel guitar, I got to see Doug Jernigan up close and for his whole set. That was when I got a glimpse of the depth of his talent, and indeed, the whole day was an eye-opening experience.

I also realized I had more work to do than I'd even suspected!

My thanks to my friends John Widgren and Van Manakas who suggested I go.

Sadly, geography forbids a return visit these days but my best wishes for a successful event.

I'm looking forward to it. Haven't been to a steel show in ages and the chance to see Jim play within 45 minutes of my house is an offer I can't refuse.

I encourage everyone close to attend, the Piedmont Club in Darien is a cool place, we have had the last few Saturday night's show there before the Sunday show at the Doubletree Hotel in Norwalk.

Before covid, Jeff DeMaio's band Gunsmoke backed Buck Reid, Robby Turner, Lucky Oceans, and Jim Pitman.

If you are traveling and need a place to stay the double tree is literally five minutes away so its really close.

Big props to Jeff DeMaio and the PSGA for getting this show backup and running. The players are all top notch, as is the backing band.

Please plan to attend and support the show and come to socialize with regional players and fans!
Regards, Craig

Agreed Jim'

This show boasts a who's Who of Northeast Steel Players, if you have never attended, please do so you will be impressed.

All of these guys have been at our show over the years and are at the top of their game.

The house band is also top notch, looking forward to seeing every at the Piedmont Club in beautiful Darien Connecticut!
Regards, Craig

I'm psyched for this. Two of my children will be with me which is a special treat for me on its' own. (They can tote my gear, ha!) We plan to stay in the area the night before to break up the trip.
It will be great to see everyone after a lengthy break.
