Mark Giles built my guitar, some of you may recognize it...I bought it at the St. Louis Steel Guitar Convention.
I've never been more impressed with the professional, personal, expertise of not only the beautiful finish, but the entire steel guitar.
Thanks again Mark!!

Ben, all of my amps weren't even in the picture with my Legend, here's a picture that shows more of them, and this still wasn't all of them. I'm a hopeless collector. Since these pictures were taken almost 3 years ago, I have sold some of the heavier amps and replaced them with lighter weight stuff. I like Acoustic Image amps a lot, I have five of them.

MSA Millennium, Legend, and Studio Pro, Reese's restored Universal Direction guitar, as well as some older MSAs, several amps, new and old, and a Kemper Powerhead that I am really liking. Recently added a Zum D10, a Mullen RP, and a restored blue Rose, named the "Blue Bird" to the herd. Also, I have acquired and restored the plexiglass D10 MSA Classic again that was built as a demo in the early '70s. I also added a '74 lacquer P/P, with wood necks.

This one will be given away at the TSGA 2009 show in Dallas, celebrating its 25th Anniversary. So be there or be square!
Bill Lowe, you've got another one coming soon.
Bobbe, if only I could play like Weldon Myrick. Herb already plays like Ben Stein!

Mark is outstanding in his field of cabinetry, and I haven't seen a dud steel guitar body made by him. Mark and his wife Carla are outstanding people, as I found out one weekend at the Dallas Show one March. I was playing on the main stage, and left a bag of my bits and pieces including my Peterson tuner and a small bag with my picks and some bars. Carla found it and used her initiative and tracked me down the following day.
A little later, I got to know Mark and talked him into building me a replacement body for my Zumsteel. He typically built me a wonderful D10 body. I was shocked when he had his stroke, but I was pleased when he was back on stage the following year bless him. May he have many more years in his workshop building top class guitars and pedal steel bodies.
